“Hawksbeck provided us with a complete design-to-key service in the provision of our beautiful garden room. While we had quite a few size and design requirements, the team easily incorporated these or improved upon them with fresh ideas on the drawing board. The construction team was clearly guided by a keen attention to detail and the need for efficiency in order to make daily progress, which kept disruption to a welcome minimum. Our building is positioned near a few large trees, which, we easily agreed, demanded piling and solid concrete foundations.

The end result is an expensive yet good value-for-money high-end building with a bathroom, which has improved our daily lives enormously (it is currently used as a drumming rehearsal studio) by being separate from our house and by providing flexibility to our family’s future leisure/working/guest room requirements.
