WE ARE PIONEERS IN OUR INDUSTRY; REVOLUTIONISING THE WAY GARDEN ROOMS ARE CONSTRUCTED

  • At Hawksbeck we are specialists in the construction of garden rooms and offer a far superior product to that of standard builders. We have achieved this by using structurally insulated panels (SIPs).
  • SIPs consist of an insulating foam core sandwiched between two structural facings. This results in garden rooms that are 7 times stronger than timber frame, and 3 times stronger than brick. Builders very rarely use SIPs, preferring instead traditional methods.
  • Hawksbeck are partnered with one of the largest and best SIP manufacturers in the UK. They are industry accredited and have been awarded Gold by the Structural Timber Association. Without the need for planning (build within Permitted Development rules) we can achieve better construction and thermal performance at a cheaper price than a builder using traditional methods.
  • All builds come with a 10 year warranty, and with a life expectancy of minimum of 60 years.
  • We are setting a new standard in garden rooms at Hawksbeck – all our garden rooms are built to exceed UK Building Regulation Standards. Should you wish to have an independent inspection, we will coordinate with the building inspector on your behalf and ensure we achieve approval for your garden room.
  • Have peace of mind knowing that every structural aspect of a Hawksbeck garden room has BBA approval.
