GARDEN STUDIO ROOM, SHENFIELD

This garden studio room in Shenfield, Essex was built to be used as a therapy room by our client, as well as a home gym.

Our clients chose the Hawksbeck Modern Refined, covering 28sqm of their garden space. After giving the Hawksbeck team a call, our clients started the design process with our team, before construction began over a period of two weeks.

This garden studio building features two types of doors: a cedar door to the right of the garden room, and a wide glass bifold door across the front. The wide glass bifold door allows plenty of natural light into the main body of the garden room, allowing clients to see out onto the natural garden space during their sessions. This calm environment makes this space perfect for therapy sessions, when you want to feel your most safe, connected, and comfortable.

The bifold doors have built-in blinds which can transform this open space into a more private garden room, giving our clients different options for their sessions. Our team also installed a Samsung TV in the therapy area, which can be used to aid sessions, or to provide entertainment when exercising in the gym area. Our team can install any features our clients wish, with no addition being too big or too small!

The cedar door allows a secondary entrance to the garden room, which is more discreet. On colder days when you do not want the bifold door open, allowing lots of cold air in, this cedar door provides the perfect second option to come inside. For those who do not wish to have a second door, this panel can be replaced with custom glazing.

The gym area on the right-hand side of this garden room gym space also benefits from this second door. When our clients want more ventilation, they can open this door for some gentle relief, or to change their view from the workout video on their screen!

Our garden studio rooms provide enough space to fulfil several different purposes, with this garden room having ample space to have both a therapy space and a gym area.

A Hawksbeck Garden Room is fully customisable, being able to create several rooms or just one depending on your preferences. Our clients chose to have just one room, but they decided to customise their garden room in other ways.

The exterior of this garden room features an overhang, which gives this room a porch out onto the garden. This feature makes this garden room look luxurious and bespoke, with the cedar cladding standing out against the greenery.
