Classic Exterior Design

The building was designed in a classic style, giving it a timeless appearance that blends naturally into the garden environment. Traditional proportions and clean detailing helped create a professional exterior while still feeling warm and inviting.

Cedral Lap cladding was selected for the external finish due to its durability, low maintenance qualities, and elegant appearance. The horizontal cladding lines provide a neat, refined finish while offering long-lasting protection against the elements. Its subtle texture and contemporary colour palette helped achieve a smart commercial look without appearing overly corporate.

Accessible and Practical Layout

Accessibility was an important part of the project brief, so an access ramp was incorporated into the design to ensure safe and practical entry for all users. The ramp integrates neatly with the overall building design while improving functionality and ease of use.

French doors were installed at the front of the building to maximise natural light and create an open, welcoming entrance. The glazed doors help brighten the interior throughout the day while giving the workspace a more spacious and comfortable feel.

Functional Workspace Interior

Internally, the space was designed to support both focused work and collaborative meetings. The main room features a clean and professional layout with a large table and comfortable seating, creating an ideal environment for meetings, presentations, and everyday office tasks.

The neutral interior finish keeps the room feeling bright and airy, while modern lighting and insulation ensure the building remains comfortable and energy efficient throughout the year.

The flexible layout allows the space to adapt easily to changing business needs, whether used for team meetings, remote working, administration, or client consultations.

Kitchenette and Bathroom Facilities

To make the building fully self-contained and practical for long-term daily use, the client opted to include both a kitchenette and a bathroom. The compact kitchenette provides convenient facilities for refreshments and day-to-day use, while the bathroom adds comfort and independence to the workspace.
