Modern garden room exterior
This large 32 sqm garden room from our modern range was designed with a 500mm roof overhang, perfect for creating a porch-like feel. The clients opted for a sleek cedar wood cladding finish on the external front and sides of the building, with MGO cladding applied to the rear of the building. Contemporary glazing choices
The natural wood cladding of this garden room is broken up by stunning grey aluminium framed bifold doors, measuring a total of three metres, with the addition of a large window. Both windows and doors flood the garden room with an abundance of natural light and provide a seamless connection to the outdoors, ideal for the up-and-coming spring and summer seasons.
Sleek bar area
The first thing you notice when you enter this large garden room space is the bar area! It’s stunning, thanks to its sleek, shiny appearance, with an aluminium bar top and comfortable stools, perfect for putting on a mixology show to impress your guests. Behind the garden room bar, there is a practical backdrop to the fun space, with integrated storage space, a wooden countertop, and a functional sink. Hovering on the wall above the bar area sits several LED-lit wooden floating shelves, perfect for bottle display.
Feature wall
The dark blue internal feature wall adds a sense of fun and a focal point to the bar area, whilst the rest of the space remains bright white and airy, creating a modern yet sophisticated atmosphere to this space. The furniture in the space is minimal, yet practical in creating separate zones within the space, like a living area which has been sectioned off by the clients using a large sofa. Using furniture to create zones rather than building a wall keeps the space feeling open and with enough room for a post-drink dance.
Handy bathroom
You’ll find a handy bathroom area to the left of the bar, complete with luxury tiling. This is an ideal addition to any garden room space as it saves guests having to run up the garden to use the bathroom in your house, a true garden room luxury.
WIFI smart air conditioning system
Another key feature of this fun entertainment garden room is the integrated WIFI smart air conditioning system installed within the garden room space to easily control the temperature from a WIFI-connected device, ensuring the garden room is kept comfortable and functional all year round.
