Contemporary cedar cladding and bifold doors
This striking garden room has been fitted with sleek cedar cladding, laid vertically. Cedar cladding is a stylish choice that can be used to create stunning, contemporary spaces. Cedar has a beautiful grain, which can be left natural or stained in any colour you choose, with our clients opting for a European Redwood colour finish.
The 18sqm luxury garden room space boasts large 3m bifold doors, which are both practical and stylish, bringing in lots of natural light, but they also have the added benefit of creating an open plan space when opened fully. The easy connection to the rest of the garden makes it handy to bring all your furniture into the room for entertaining or relaxing on hot days!
Bespoke garden room overhang
Our clients added a 50cm overhang to their modern range garden room. This is an ideal addition if you want to create a sheltered seating area under it, great for soaking up that summer sun during the warmer seasons. Overhangs on garden rooms can also function as porches for some welcome shelter on rainy days.
A garden room interior for multiple purposes
We pride ourselves on being able to offer fully bespoke garden rooms. On this particular project, our clients have divided the internal open-plan space of their garden room to meet two essential modern living needs, working from home and fitness studio. The office space takes up the right-hand side of the open plan layout, sectioned by a large desk and plenty of cabinet space.
In addition to the productive and cosy office space, on the left-hand side, there is a practical gym area, kitted out with a rowing machine and free weights, great for getting into shape within the comfort of their own home. The interior design is modern, with natural materials such as wood and wooden flooring flowing throughout the two spaces.
Integrated WiFi Aircon system
The interior of the space has been installed with an integrated smart WIFI aircon system. This means you can control your temperature from your phone or laptop. Our clients are able to choose whether they want to cool or heat their garden room, a great tech addition to their space. The air conditioning system installed also ensures their garden room is at the perfect temperature and usable all year round.
Additional storage space
You may notice a hidden door when standing in front of this garden room space. Behind this, you will find additional storage space, another optional extra chosen by our clients. This space has created useful storage, ideal for storing bikes, white goods, tools, and other garden essentials.
