Small Garden Room -Chelmsford, Essex

The Hawksbeck team have recently completed this stunning, tailor-made small garden studio in Essex. The cladding on this compact Classic garden room is cedar and finished with French doors, all of which were chosen by our client and fitted by our team. The client also chose to have a  300mm roof overhang to provide shelter at the front of their garden room.

Every single one of our garden rooms is bespoke to our client’s needs. This includes the type of garden room, shape, size, and appearance. They are also built with the aesthetic preferences of our clients – to make their dream small garden room a reality with endless design variations.

Here at Hawksbeck, it is important we highlight that every Garden Room we work on can be adapted to your personal tastes, preferences, and requirements. For this compact garden room, it was important to our clients to not use too much garden space. We designed a garden room that was large enough for their needs, but not too large that it dominated the garden.

This luxurious small garden room features just one space which can be multifunctional as either an office, a space for hobbies or an area to relax. The client has opted for a small desk paired with a chair for an office space alongside shelves filled with books. The large armchair in their luxury garden room captures the sunlight perfectly through the u-PVC windows. The u-PVC windows installed into this garden room are grey in colour to contrast the white of the room. The windows flood natural light into the garden room, which in turn, helps to create the perfect working environment or area to relax against the sun’s rays.

Although this garden room is compact, the features inside are still the same as our bigger garden rooms. Whatever the garden room size from our range, our clients will never be compromised on quality and luxury. Our client chose to have a fitted air conditioning unit powered by Wi-Fi to allow them complete control over the temperature of their room, so no matter the season, their garden room can always be enjoyed.

The client chose to have their compact garden room building built on a patio paired with French opening doors. This is perfect for connecting the inside to the outside space and makes for a more sociable layout. On the exterior under the roof overhang, we have fitted two exterior lights to light up the space and create a stunning external appearance in both the day and at night.
