Barbara chose Hawksbeck Garden Rooms to create her dream garden escape, choosing a Modern garden room with a roof overhang. The garden room measured up to 24sqm with a storage area for Barbara to keep her garden belongings. Hawksbeck also completed the landscaping, patio and flowerbed for this project to fully incorporate the garden room into the existing garden space. This is a beautiful project, fully bespoke and completely personalised to our client’s requirements and preferences. The best part of a garden room is that you can design every feature, and then see it constructed in a matter of days! This garden room was constructed as a relaxing living space, with space to stretch, sit back, paint or read in the sunlight. There is lots of space for our client to enjoy, even with the sectioned storage area.
We love the bifolding doors at the front of the garden room which open this space up to the patio area outside. You can choose every aspect of your garden room, with all of your options being discussed during your home visit and quotation. There are different options for doors, glazing, flooring and lighting – you can have whatever you want (budget allowing)! We love the bifolding doors for this project, with the black aluminium frame standing out against the beautiful brown cedar wood.
You can have a number of rooms in your garden room, with Barbara opting to have one larger room and another smaller storage room. Other possible options for her could have been to have a small bathroom, or office space if needed. Hawksbeck deals with the plumbing, electrics and decoration of the garden room so you can just sit back, relax, and watch your garden room take shape with minimal stress or hassle.
