Multi-functional Garden Room – Essex
Our team was particularly proud of this garden room in Essex, completed for one of our Hawksbeck carpenters! After building many of our greatest garden rooms, our carpenter decided to have his own Hawksbeck Garden Room. This multi-functional garden room is from our Modern range, with a porch overhang that is fitted with down lights to light up the entrance to this stunning garden room.
This modern garden room has been built as a multi-functional space, with three rooms. The main room is spacious, with a television fitted on the wall and a large L-shaped sofa. The walls have been decorated with personal artwork, which creates a homely décor! Along the wall, we installed a small kitchen area, equipped with a sink, cupboards, fridge, and drinks fridge. This creates the perfect room for a guest annexe or hosting space, where guests can grab their own drinks and get comfortable at the party!
The party does not stop as you come out of the garden room either, with a music speaker installed on the exterior of the front wall. At summer barbeques, spring birthday parties and autumn evenings around a fire pit, you can imagine having any music you like setting the ambience. This multi-functional garden room is clad in gorgeous cedar cladding too, making it look incredible and a sure way to impress any guests visiting your home.
We created a small bathroom in this garden room for our clients. This toilet area has a toilet and sink basin, being small but efficient functional. Our clients have decorated it beautifully, with a large abstract piece of artwork and glittery finishes on the mirror and finishing touches.
Next to this bathroom, our clients wanted a utility space where they could do laundry and store extra food. This room contains a washing machine, tumble drier, fridge, freezer and sink area, giving them everything they need to keep on top of daily life. Whilst our garden rooms are top of the line, they can also be incredibly practical, with this utility room not taking anything away from the luxurious style of our Hawksbeck Garden Room.
Our clients opted to have a separate entrance to their utility room, opting for a single door on the side of their garden room. To enter the main room our clients chose wide bifold doors that save space and allow in lots of light and fresh air. Our clients also chose to have another window panel on the front of their garden room, to improve the natural light coming inside further.
