Located in Golders Green,, this new 32sqm Hawksbeck garden room in North West London from the modern range has been designed to create a flexible space with two very different purposes. With a contemporary overhang, durable Dura composite cladding and a generous 3m aluminium bifold door, the garden room combines modern design with practical everyday living.

The brief was to create a space that could work as both a home office and a dedicated workout area, without either side feeling compromised. The solution was to divide the interior using internal folding partition doors, allowing the two areas to be separated when required or opened up to create one larger, connected space.

One side of the garden room has been designed as a comfortable and welcoming home office. Rather than creating a purely functional workspace, the room has been given a more relaxed feel with an L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable place to take a break, hold informal meetings or simply unwind away from the main house.  When the internal folding partition doors are closed, this side can function as a dedicated working environment, providing a useful separation between work and home life.

A Space to Work Out and Unwind

On the other side, the garden room becomes a versatile leisure and workout space. Having a dedicated area for exercise means there is no need to compromise on the layout of the home or pack away equipment after every session.
